We provide personalized attention and care, maintaining your pet’s routine and ensuring their comfort and happiness throughout your absence. Even though we take great care of all pets in our home boarding environment, we recognize that some pets may thrive best in the familiarity of their own home. While this option comes at a premium price, it guarantees peace of mind and top-notch treatment for your furry babies, especially for those who experience anxiety or extreme sensitivity to change.
While this service is primarily available to Midtown East residents, we welcome inquiries from pet owners residing in other Manhattan neighborhoods. We will assess the feasibility of providing house sitting services for your location and provide a customized quote based on the distance from our home base.

This service includes essential dog walks, feeding, playtime, and other necessary care activities.
Option 1: Overnight Stay
- This option includes a 12-hour overnight stay in the client’s house, covering the core hours from 9pm to 9am.
- The service covers two dedicated walks (one before bed and one before breakfast), feedings, and all standard night and morning routines.
- Additional afternoon walks and other necessary visits can be requested as supplementary services.
Option 2: Full-Day Stay
- This option involves one or both of us residing in the client’s home, ensuring all daily routines are managed.
- It’s important to clarify that Full-Day House-Sitting does not entail constant 24/7 presence of the sitter in the client’s house. Instead, the sitter will be in and out during the day (gone for no more than 4 hours at a time), adhering to the agreed-upon schedule for the pets’ care needs and attention throughout the day.
Cancellation Policy:
- The cancellation policy for House-Sitting will be discussed and agreed upon based on each specific case prior to booking.
- The policy will depend on several factors, including the time of year (due to varying demand), whether major holidays are included, the length of the stay, and other relevant considerations.
