Whether it's one, two, or three times a day, we provide 30-minute or 1-hour visits customized to meet your pet's specific needs. Ideal for pets who don't venture outdoors, our visits ensure they receive the attention, care, and interaction they crave while you're away. Weekly schedules are finalized by Saturday of the current week. Clients are encouraged to communicate any visit needs by this time to ensure availability.
Our services cover Manhattan between the East River and 5th Avenue, from 27th Street to 53rd Street.
We strive to arrive as close as possible to the scheduled start time; however, we require a minimum one-hour time window for start times.
We will diligently follow client instructions and preferences before, during, and after the visit.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation 72 to 48 hours before the service will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service price.
- Cancellation less than 48 hours before the service will incur a fee equal to 100% of the service price.
- For visits that fall on the “Holiday”** dates:
- Cancellation less than 7 days before the service will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service price.
- Cancellation less than 48 hours before the service will incur a fee equal to 100% of the service price.
