For those craving extra excitement, we also offer the option to include a visit to a local dog run, where your pup can socialize and play to their heart's content. Our walks are GPS trackable in real-time, providing transparency and peace of mind every step of the way.

  • Weekly schedules are finalized by Saturday of the current week. Clients are encouraged to communicate any walk needs by this time to ensure availability.
  • Our services cover Manhattan between the East River and 5th Avenue, from 27th Street to 53rd Street.
  • We strive to arrive as close as possible to the scheduled start time; however, we require a minimum one-hour time window for start times.
  • We will diligently follow client instructions and preferences before, during, and after the walk. This includes dressing the dog in required clothing and shoes (if part of their regular routine), setting up special harnesses, following specific routes if requested, and wiping the dog’s paws upon return home.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • Cancellation 72 to 48 hours before the service will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service price.
    • Cancellation less than 48 hours before the service will incur a fee equal to 100% of the service price.
    • For walks/visits that fall on the “Holiday”** dates:
      • Cancellation less than 7 days before the service will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service price.
      • Cancellation less than 48 hours before the service will incur a fee equal to 100% of the service price.
