Joining the Simply Pawtastic Family
Here’s how we welcome you and your pets into the Simply Pawtastic family.
Simple, personal, and designed to make both you and your pet feel comfortable from the very beginning.
Step 1: Meet & Greet.
We start with a video call or an in-person meeting (sometimes both). This helps us learn about your pet, understand your routine, and make sure we’re the right fit for each other
Step 2: Complete Onboarding Paperwork.
You’ll receive a digital service agreement, detailed policies, and a short release form to e-sign. Everything is paperless and easy to review at your own pace.
Step 3: Group Chat Setup.
We’ll create a private group chat with you and both of us. This will be our main space for updates, scheduling, and quick communication.
Step 4: Access to the App (Optional).
You can be added to our pet care app where you’ll see your schedule, report cards, and invoices all in one place. Prefer not to use the app? No problem — we can send report cards and invoices by text.
Step 5: Book Services.
Booking is simple — just send us a message in our chat to request walks, visits, daycare, or other services.
Step 6: Recurring Schedules.
If you’d like a regular routine, we can set up recurring walks, visits, or daycare days so everything runs smoothly each week.
Step 7: Loving Care & Updates.
We care for your pets as if they were our own. You’ll receive updates, photos, and little notes so you always know how your pet is doing.
