Do you require a Meet & Greet before starting services?

Yes, all new clients begin with a complimentary Meet & Greet before booking their first service. It’s our way of getting to know your pet, understanding their routine, and making sure everything feels like a good fit for everyone involved.

For most services, we prefer to meet in your home so we can see your pet in their familiar environment. For Wedding and Bespoke services, we typically begin with a video consultation and schedule an in-person meeting later in the process.

I’m visiting NYC. Can you help watch my pet while I’m out for a few hours?

Absolutely! We love being part of our clients’ NYC experience! We’ve worked with many visiting pet parents who rely on us each time they’re in the city. Whether you’re heading to a museum, dinner, or a show, we can take care of your pet for a few hours so you can enjoy your plans worry-free.

Just reach out and we’ll set up a quick intro call or Meet & Greet to get everything in place.

What areas do you service?

For walks and drop-in visits, we focus on the Murray Hill area, between 1st and 5th Avenues, from 20th Street to 49th Street.

House-sitting is currently offered exclusively in Midtown East.

Will I get updates while my pet is in your care?

Absolutely, always!

For walks and visits, you will receive a report card through the professional pet care software we use (currently the Walkies app). Each report includes photos, potty updates, and any other relevant details depending on the service. Walks are GPS-tracked, so you will also see the route your pup took.

Our goal is for you to feel completely at ease while your fur baby is in our care.

Do I need to install your app?

You don’t have to, but we do recommend it.

We use a professional pet care software (currently Walkies) that allows you to view schedules, receive real-time report cards, and access invoices all in one place. For walks, it also includes GPS tracking and detailed updates.

If you prefer not to download the app, no problem at all. You will still receive report cards (when applicable) and invoices via text message links and/or email.

In short, the app makes everything more convenient, but it is not required.

What if my plans change or I need to cancel?

We understand that things don’t always go as planned, and we do our best to be flexible. At the same time, as a small business with limited availability, we do have structured cancellation policies in place.

Each service has its own cancellation policy, which is clearly outlined in the service agreement you will sign. You can also find a summary on each service’s page.

In general, we ask that bookings are made once your plans are finalized, as reserving a spot often means turning away other requests.

Do you have experience with senior pets?

Yes. We are very comfortable working with senior, shy, or more sensitive pets. We take a patient, step-by-step approach and adjust our care to what makes each pet, and their parents, feel safe and comfortable.

We are also able to administer medications when needed.

Are you insured?

Yes, we are fully insured.
